WHERE DO I UPLOAD ARTWORK?
Artwork can be uploaded and emailed to info@cre8full.com Please make sure artwork is clear and not blurry. Please upload in PDF. format. You can also add any necessary artwork notes to the email. Thank You.
I CANT FIND THE GARMENT I WANT, CAN YOU SOURCE IT?
CAN I HAVE A MIX OF GARMENTS?
If you want a mix of garments with the same design this is classed as a custom quote so you'll have to order via email. We typically we have a minimum of 12 per garment style.
CAN I HAVE A MIX OF SIZES?
You can have a mix of sizes for no extra charge.
HOW DO I ADD AN EXTRA DESIGN TO MY ORDER?
If you have the same design on different garment types, say you want 25 tees & 25 hoodies with the same design printed on, it's best to email for a custom quote.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Estimated turnaround times are displayed on the order page when you place your order.
Turnaround is typically 7 - 10 working days for printing, but some finishing services can add a little time to the order. Examples of this below:
Screen Printing: 7 - 10 working days.
Large orders of over 1000 pcs or more than 3 designs may increase turnaround time.
All dates are best estimates & are based on the date the order is signed off.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order for screen printing starts at 12 items per design. At this quantity you can get a 1 or 2 color print only.
The maximum number of colors we can print per design is 4 or 5 depending on the design.
If you want to mix & match garments or colors we can do that with the same screens, which will lower the price per unit. For mixed garment types, it's best to order via email. Bear in mind we have a minimum of 12 of each garment style & color. So for example, if you want black, white & grey t-shirts you'd have to get 12 of each color, 36 total.
You can have a mix of whatever garment sizes you like within these minimums.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?
We can print on supplied items, but we get great discounts with USA suppliers, so if it's a garment we can source it will most likely be better for us to supply.
We have some conditions for supplied garments:
If we are unfamiliar with the product, a sample of each garment sent prior to finalising the order is required. This is so we can make sure they will fit on our presses, test print & measure if necessary. This should avoid most potential issues.
We can not accept responsibility for misprinted or defected items if the quantity falls within the above tolerances.
Supplied garments aren't guaranteed. Garments we source are made to be decorated so typically yield good print results, if there's an issue with the print after washing or after leaving the premises due to the fabric we can't be held responsible for replacing these.
ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
We have always kept our prices as competitive as possible. We can't always guarantee that we'll win on price, but you will no doubt be very happy with your shirts. We take great pride in our printing so in the incredibly rare occasion that you're not happy, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLING?
Due to the set up involved with screen printing we don't offer sampling as a service. If you're wary of print quality we have pre-printed samples available from our sample store. If you're worried that your design won't be sized or positioned correctly we always send a digital proof of your design to sign off before printing. This displays the print size, position & print colors, this should eliminate potential issues.

DO YOU OFFER DTG?
We don't currently offer DTG as a service.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY GARMENTS?
- We recommend the following wash instructions to prolong the life of your garment & print.
- Wash cold, reduced cycle
- Tumble dry low (or ideally hang dry)
- Wash inside out
- Wash with like colors
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron over print
IM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
On the very rare occasion you're not happy with your order then let us know as soon as possible. Due to the nature of manufacturing custom products there can sometimes be issues. Drop us a call, a chat or an email. We always prioritise fixing problems. Getting you a product that you're happy with is very important to us!
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON REPEAT ORDERS?
If you're frequently reordering the same design (for example tour merchandise) we may be able to look into this for you.

What type of wood are your earrings made of ?
Earrings are made from a variety of wood such as maple, birch, oak, and cherry.

What are your ear-wires made of?
Our ear-wires are hypo-allergenic, great for sensitive ears! These classy earrings are made of 925 Sterling Silver, hypoallergenic, and enhanced with a new, smooth and consistent electrophoretic coating that resists tarnishing.

How big are your earrings?
Each earrings is unique in size, the size for each individual pair of earrings can be found in the listing for that specific pair under "description".
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most products leave our Fort Worth, Texas studio in 1-2 business days. Personalized items are made to order, and will ship in 2-4 business days. Please remember this doesn’t include shipping time, which will vary by destination and the shipping method you choose at check out. Need something immediately? Contact us!
Are your earrings heavy?
Our earrings are very light weight! Most even forget they are wearing them! :)
Are the earrings and bracelets water-proof?
Our earrings and bracelets are water-resistant, but not water-proof. They will not be effected if they are splashed with water, however you do not want to go swimming or take showers with them. Although many have washed them and swam with them and reported no issues.

Do your earrings come carded?
The earrings are all carded with 90% recycled material. Many of our customers compliment on our packaging!
Do you offer personalization or custom engraving?
Yes! Personalization and custom engraving options vary a bit depending on the product – specific details can be found on each item page.
We don't typically provide a proof prior to making your order. Once you've chosen your font and your engraving text, you can trust that we'll use our years of design experience to make it look beautiful. That said, please do make sure everything is spelled correctly before placing your order.
